Waltham Estate Annual General Meeting
17th October 2007 @ 7pm
All residents are invited
To encourage attendance, all residents who attend will be entered in the prize draw.
The draw will be held at the end of the meeting.
NB: Current Board Members will not be entered in the draw
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
- Minutes of previous AGM 2006/7 – to be tabled
- Matters arising from the minutes
- Audited accounts – to be tabled
- Appointment of auditor 2007/8
- Resolution to continue with management agreement
- Election of Management Committee
Committee members’ nominations forms are available from the Estate Office.
Completed nominations form must be returned to the Estate Office by 10th October
NB: Only persons nominated in writing can be elected to the board. Only shareholders can be elected to the Board. It cost £1 to become a shareholder.
