(1) Qualification for payment
Golden Goodbye role adopted by Waltham RMO Board in June 2007. It means that a financial payment will be made to an outgoing tenant who fulfils the following requirements (where appropriate):

Tenants who qualify for this benefit will receive £200 (reviewed annually) once the property has been returned to the RMO and the RMO is satisfied that the conditions have been met. If the outgoing tenant is in arrears on any account, this payment will be used to offset against those arrears.
