Estate Services

The grassed areas and shrubs beds will be kept tidy and the common parts of the estate will be kept clean by daily litter picks and cleaning of the blocks.

Daily tasks will include:

Litter pick to all communal areas
Mop lifts and entrance lobbies to all blocks
Sweep the play area

The estate litter bins and dog bins will be emptied as required
The chute chambers will be pressure washed once per month

Bulk Refuse

Bulk refuse is collected three times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Refuse collections days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

Colwall: Full clean to floors & lift
Goffton: Full clean to floors & lift
Waltham: Full clean to floors & lift

Wednesdays

Special clean for blocks and landing on a rotational basis

Thursdays

Addington: Full clean to floors & lift
Thornicroft: Full clean to floors & lift
