We will register transfer applications and give advice about the number of points awarded and how the points have been calculated within 10 working days of your application being accepted
We will provide information about re-housing options
We will advise of appropriate organisations that may be able to help with rehousing
Mutual exchange applications will be acknowledged within 7 working days
Moving out
Waltham has introduced a ‘Golden Goodbye’ scheme for residents who are moving out of our property. The scheme allows us to award up to £200 where tenants have left the property:
After giving the required period of notice to the Estate Office;
Ensuring that all possessions are removed from the property before the notice period expires;
Ensuring that the property is left in a reasonable condition upon vacation (allowing for reasonable wear and tear);
Ensuring that the property is left clean and tidy
Ensuring that all furniture items and personal effects have been removed
Ensuring that all fixtures and fittings are in place
Comply with any other reasonable requests made by the RMO
