Rent and Service Charges
We Will:
Provide a breakdown of rent and other charges at the beginning of the tenancy and on request
Provide Housing Benefit application form and give assistance if to make an application
Provide information on what to do if there are difficulties making rent payments
Make arrangements to carry out tenancy visits within 6 weeks of your tenancy commencing
If you fall into rent or service charge arrears we will:
provide statements on requests
make early contact when arrears start to accrue
provide names of agencies who can give independent budgeting and benefit advice
advise in writing of any action we intend to take to recover the debt
agree a repayment plan
Benefit / debt advice. We will:
talk to Housing Benefit office about the progress of an individuals claim on request
advise of where independent benefit and budgeting advice can be obtained

By PayPoint: Cash payment can be made at PayPoint outlets across the country.
By phone: Credit and debit card payments can be made on the 24 hour automated hotline number: 0845 3000 328.
By standing order: automatic payments direct from your bank account by standing order. Contact the Lambeth Service Centre on 020 7926 6000 or the Estate office for a standing order mandate form or more information.
At the cashiers' office: Payments can be made in the cashiers' office at:
